For businesses looking for more consistency, our monthly hot desk memberships provide unlimited access without long-term commitment. If you need something more permanent, our dedicated desk memberships give you your own workspace along with additional business support.

We also offer private office solutions for teams who want the benefits of a shared environment with the privacy of their own space.

Grainger Hub isn’t just about desks and Wi-Fi. We’re a community-led workspace where collaboration and connection are a key part of the experience. Our members benefit from regular community events, introductions to trusted partners and access to a wider network across Newcastle’s business and tech ecosystem.

From weekly networking sessions and workshops to pitch competitions and lunch and learns, there’s always something happening at Grainger Hub. Community networking isn’t an add-on here, it’s an official part of what we offer.

Facilities That Support Productivity

Our coworking space is fully equipped with everything you need for a productive working day. Members have access to high-speed broadband, comfortable workstations and a range of breakout areas for informal meetings or focused work.

Grainger Hub is home to five meeting rooms with capacities ranging from four to twelve people. These rooms are available to members and can also be hired by the public, making them ideal for client meetings, workshops or training sessions.

We also offer a 60-person exhibition and event space, regularly used for business events, seminars and community meetups.

Additional facilities include call booths, kitchen access, free tea, coffee and fruit, lockers, showers, bike storage, printing services, mail handling and a staffed reception to welcome your guests.
